You want to feel happy, safe, strong and healthy, but at the moment you feel sad, not in control of your emotions and weak.
You want to create more time, you’re juggling too many things and you feel constantly exhausted. Instead, you want a better work/life balance, so you’ll have more time and energy to spend with your family and friends.
You feel generally overwhelmed and you struggle to make decisions. You would like to feel more confident with who you are and be able to stand up for yourself.
You are always putting everyone else’s needs before your own and, if you don’t, people call you selfish. You would like to live life on your own terms but you’re not sure how, and so you go by trial and error.
Working with me will help you:
feel in charge of your own life
believe in yourself and in your abilities so you’ll feel more self-confident
feel calmer, more balanced and enjoying life to the full

be more present so you can become a better mum/daughter/partner/friend
feel fulfilled and that you’re making a difference in people's lives
What’s the secret sauce?
When you’re highly sensitive it’s hard to love yourself the way you are. But once you finally embrace your true self, life no longer feels like a competition, like a mould you need to fit. You have the confidence and space to be the person that’s right for you. You don’t have to soak it all in - you don’t have to be an emotional sponge. You can empower yourself.
Be proud of who you are, you don’t have to be like the other 80% of the population. You can fully embrace the sensitive, beautiful soul you are - and you have so much to give to the world!

It's Your Time to Shine
It's Your Time to Shine
Do you think the flower is stopping itself before blossoming and says to itself “I shouldn’t blossom too much”. Or do you think a star worries about being too bright?
No. Flowers just bloom and do what they need to do. The stars shine independently and so can you!
The reason why you might be afraid to bloom or shine is because probably your parents or some bullies in your childhood made you feel like you were “too much”.
In reality, they were triggered by your abilities or by your brightness and they tried to dim your light. They tried to make you feel small and to make you feel insecure because they were insecure about themselves.
They put you down so it would make them feel better if you felt like crap just like they did.
It’s your birthright to blossom and to grow, and to become the person you want to be.
But you didn’t have people who supported you or validated you, who comforted you, who reflected back to you your greatness. Instead they criticized you, or made you feel like you were wrong, or that you were the problem. In fact, it was never about you. It was about them! You were a powerful, gifted young girl who triggered the insecurities, or the lack of abilities of the people around you.
So, those people made you feel small and powerless, and you carried on playing small all your life until you realized: “wait a minute, I’m actually quite good. I’m not the problem. I have the right to shine and be me, and be happy without worrying if I upset the people around me. It’s their problem!”
And now, even if you are 50 years old, you’re feeling afraid to be you, because you don’t want to upset the people around you.
It's an unconscious belief, or an unconscious fear that stops you from shining your light brightly. You’re afraid that you might be criticized or put down. Or you don’t want to draw too much attention to yourself because in the past it didn’t feel safe, or it might backfire on you in some ways.
But you owe it to yourself now. It’s your time to shine!
Even if you didn’t find supportive people in your past, you can find them now, and you can create your own new tribe and surround yourself with the people who can sit next to your fire and be warmed up by it, without trying to take it away from you. That’s because they’re strong “in their own fire” and they’re able to enjoy your light so that you can all be happy together, rather than competing against each other. You can find your true supporters and push away the people who have their own agenda, and they just want to take away your power, because in reality they are powerless. They’re low vibrational people and so they need to take away your power to feel more powerful. It’s their problem if they feel powerless and insecure.
You do you!
I’ve been there and I can help you find the courage to bloom. I will be your personal supporter.
During this six month coaching programme we’re going to define the things you want in life without being afraid of what other people might think or might do to you. People only have the power you give them.
I will support you to stay in your power and if sometimes you’re afraid, you can lean on me and I will help you find the way back to you again.
I will create a safe space for you to grow and develop into the person you want to be, so that you can finally own who you truly are and find the courage to go after your wildest dreams.
You might not know what you want to do yet, and that’s fine. You’ll figure it out along the way and you’ll feel fulfilled, whole and complete.
You’ll have a clear vision and a sense of direction, so making decisions will feel easier. Your anxiety will melt away and you’ll start to hear and follow your intuition. You’ll feel a calm sense of direction. You’ll feel in your power.
The cost to you is £950 for 6 months. You’ll get 6 x 1 hour monthly coaching sessions held on Google Meet, tools and exercises tailored to you, email support through the six months if you get stuck or if you just want to celebrate your successes!
I now live my best life
Before I started working with Francesca I was stuck at a point where I felt that I was sleepwalking through my own life. I knew that I needed to make some major changes but felt unable to take the necessary steps to move forward. I was afraid of not doing what I and other people had expected of me throughout my life.
After working with Francesca I have felt able to put myself at the centre of my world and meet my own needs. For years, I was first and foremost someone else’s employee, wife, boss, daughter, friend, sister – and as a result I lost sight of who I myself was. During our time together I have been working on my core values, influences and self-confidence, with the result that after just a few months I at last felt able to leave a job that had been stifling and exhausting me. I am now free to explore my other interests – including a course that I had wanted to do for 7 years!
I really valued having my own personal ‘cheerleader’ always on my side, while at the same time firmly but gently helping me to see how I could move forward with my life and keeping me on track to achieve what I needed to do for me.
I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Francesca to anyone who needs help in working out how to live their best life. A life coach may feel like an indulgence until you realise that your friends, family and colleagues all have their own version of you and sometimes what you really need is to have an objective supporter who can help you to find yourself for yourself.
I have started to find my own identity and feel ready for whatever the next chapter of my life holds for me.
Before I started with Francesca, I wasn’t sure whether I needed a therapist or a career coach, but none of those felt quite right. Working with Francesca has shown me the many benefits of working with a good life coach and how they can help you to open doors in your own life.

I learned to listen to my inner voice
Before working with Francesca, I was having troubles to find motivation or best route forward so to lose weight and gain back my confidence and positive vibe.
Now I’m much more confident and relaxed about the process of losing weight, how to navigate it and how to adapt all the information I gather so it serves my needs.
Working with Francesca helped me realize a great part of the process is very personal and so the most important thing is to listen to my own body, to be able to decide independently what is best for me, to focus more on my own journey and less on what worked for others, and most importantly to find my own sources of motivation and to become friends with my own values and priorities in life. I would say, I learned how to listen to my own self and how to stay tuned and true to myself.
For anyone who’s considering working with Francesca but might be still thinking about it, I would say she is a very good listener, and her ability to navigate my own discoveries through asking focused questions would help anybody to find the right answers and become more aware of how to listen to their own inner voice.
